I. The aforementioned course application should be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the "National Chengchi University Digital Learning Operations and Incentive Subsidy Guidelines," requiring sequential reporting through departments, institutes, and colleges before submission to the Digital Learning Promotion Committee for review, and approval by the Academic Affairs Committee before courses can be offered; if it is a new general education course, please follow the course offering schedule of the General Education Center.

II. III. Please submit hard copies and electronic files of the aforementioned documents to Ms. Chen Shih-Ting (email: cst@nccu.edu.tw) before the end of business hours on Monday, April 14. Please name the electronic file: "114-1 Semester Distance Learning Course Application Form - Applicant Teacher's Name."

IV. For relevant regulations regarding the aforementioned course applications, please refer to the Office of Academic Affairs website/Related Regulations section for the university's "Digital Learning Implementation Regulations," "Digital Learning Operations and Incentive Subsidy Guidelines," and "Distance Learning Course Review Standards" and other related provisions.

V. According to Article 8 of the university's "Digital Learning Implementation Regulations": "The complete semester teaching content outline, teaching materials, teacher-student interaction records, assessment records, student full-course attendance records, and assignment reports on distance learning course webpages should be submitted to the Digital Learning Promotion Committee for review after the semester ends, to evaluate the offered distance learning courses and teaching effectiveness; the evaluation regulations shall be separately established by the Digital Learning Promotion Committee. Evaluation reports produced according to the previous paragraph shall be preserved for at least five years for future grade inquiries or reference during visits." Please ensure that the digital learning platform and course planning used for the applied courses comply with relevant regulations.
