1. The aforementioned course application should be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "National Chengchi University Digital Learning Operations and Incentive Subsidy Guidelines." It must first be reported through department, institute, and college levels for submission to the Digital Learning Promotion Committee for review, and can only be offered after approval by the Academic Affairs Committee. For new general education courses, please follow the course offering schedule of the General Education Center.

  3. Please submit both hard copies and electronic files of the aforementioned documents to Ms. Chen Shiting (email: cst@nccu.edu.tw) before the end of business hours on October 21 (Monday). Electronic file names should be marked as: "113-2 Semester Distance Learning Course Application Form - Applicant Faculty Name."
  4. For relevant regulations regarding the aforementioned course applications, please refer to the university's "Digital Learning Implementation Regulations," "Digital Learning Operations and Incentive Subsidy Guidelines," and "Distance Learning Course Review Standards" under the Related Regulations section of the Academic Affairs Office webpage.
  5. According to Article 8 of the university's "Digital Learning Implementation Regulations": "The full semester teaching content outline, materials, teacher-student interaction records, assessment records, students' complete attendance records, assignments and reports on distance learning course webpages should be submitted to the Digital Learning Promotion Committee for review after the semester ends to evaluate the offered distance learning courses and teaching effectiveness; the evaluation regulations shall be separately established by the Digital Learning Promotion Committee. Evaluation reports produced according to the preceding paragraph shall be preserved for at least five years for future grade inquiries or reference during visits." Please ensure that the digital learning platform and course planning used for the applied courses comply with relevant regulations.
