1. Description: To enhance the teaching professional capabilities and literacy of teaching assistants at our university, promote diverse innovative teaching, thereby improving student learning motivation and assisting students in effective learning, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development is conducting this program. Any college, department, or institute teaching assistants who wish to independently plan professional subject teaching assistant training courses or workshops for their respective fields may submit applications.

2. Subsidy Recipients: Teaching assistants from all colleges, departments, and institutes of our university.

3. Community Operation Method: Each community is formed by 3 or more teaching assistants who organize themselves, determine the community name and send it to the Center for Teaching and Learning Development for record, and designate one person as the coordinator for each activity application.

4. Subsidy Standards:

  1. Partial subsidy is provided, with an upper limit of NT$6,000 per community. The Center for Teaching and Learning Development may adjust the subsidy amount based on annual budget.
  2. This subsidy is limited to meal expenses and lecture fees. Related expense standards should be compiled according to the "National Chengchi University Office of Academic Affairs Project Fund Usage Standard Table."

5. Application Period: From now until Monday, June 6, 2025. Please submit the application form at least one week before the event. For application instructions and application forms, please refer to Attachments 1 and 2.

6. Review Method: The Center for Teaching and Learning Development will conduct reviews immediately upon receiving applications, may invite relevant project personnel for explanations as needed for review, and may propose modification suggestions for the project.

7. Expense Reimbursement Notes: Please have the project organizer submit the following documents to the Center for Teaching and Learning Development for reimbursement within ten days after activity completion:

  1. Receipt
  2. Activity attendance sheet
  3. Final report:
  • College, department, and institute teaching assistant training satisfaction questionnaire
  • Final report of the subsidized project completed. The Center for Teaching and Learning Development may use it free of charge, without time limit, and unlimited times.
  • For content citing others' graphics, text, or photos, the subsidized unit should obtain authorization from the copyright holders of the graphics and text.
