Overview: The “Teacher Teaching Development Community Program” aims to bring together instructional energy across campus, sparking innovative thinking and action among faculty. Faculty from different units are encouraged to form teaching learning communities through cross-disciplinary experience exchange and creative innovation.

Description: The program encourages faculty to form communities of 4 to 8 members across units, engaging in reading groups, practice seminars, workshops, curriculum development, or micro-teaching. Community members must offer at least one course during the program and apply discussion outcomes directly in the classroom. We sincerely invite faculty to join or initiate a Teacher Teaching Development Community!
