Academic Year 113, 1st Semester Student Academic Consultation and Tutoring is now open for applications from August 29, 2024 (Thursday) to September 20, 2024 (Friday)! Description:
- This is conducted in accordance with the "National Chengchi University Hope Seed Cultivation Plan Subsidy Implementation Guidelines" (Attachment 1) and the "National Chengchi University Academic Affairs Office Center for Teaching and Learning Development Academic Consultation and Tutoring Implementation Guidelines" (Attachment 2).
- Application Period: From August 29, 2024 (Thursday) to September 20, 2024 (Friday). No supplementary materials will be accepted after the application deadline.
- Application and review matters for tutored students: (1) Eligibility requirements:
- Undergraduate students who meet the criteria for our university's "Hope Seed Cultivation Plan."
- Undergraduate students enrolled in courses at our university for the current semester.
- Students who assess themselves as needing academic consultation and tutoring. (2) Application method: Students wishing to apply for academic consultation and tutoring should prepare electronic copies of transcripts and personal photo files within the application period, and complete the "Center for Teaching and Learning Development Academic Consultation and Tutoring Online Application Form." Application form URL: https://forms.gle/zA9HJ4dnYiD2SqWQ8 (3) After application materials pass the Center for Teaching and Learning Development review committee, applicants will be separately notified of the review results.
- Implementation of tutoring: (1) Priority will be given to courses that have not received Center for Teaching and Learning Development teaching assistant resources. One-on-one tutoring consultation will be adopted, with the Center for Teaching and Learning Development matching academic consultation teaching assistants according to current semester needs and arranging tutoring subjects. Whether matching is successful depends on actual circumstances. (2) Tutoring location: To be determined by both the tutoring teaching assistant and the tutored student. (3) Tutoring duration: Late October 2024 to late December 2024.
- According to Appendix Table 1 of our university's "Hope Seed Cultivation Plan Subsidy Implementation Guidelines," Hope Seed students who participate in Center for Teaching and Learning Development academic consultation and tutoring will receive a learning allowance of NT$7,500 upon completing the first phase of 6 hours of tutoring; upon completing the second phase of 6 hours of tutoring, an additional learning allowance of NT$7,500 will be granted. ★"Hope Seed Cultivation Plan" qualification certification and "Diverse Learning Subsidy" prerequisite application: https://reurl.cc/E6oAD1★
