The Faculty Mentoring System primarily operates through guidance from senior and outstanding faculty members to help new faculty integrate into campus life and conduct teaching, research, and service activities, thereby establishing a support system for new faculty.
The 2025 Faculty Mentoring System focuses mainly on 1-1 individual activity subsidies, encouraging faculty to actively apply. Please refer to the attached forms for relevant documents.
