Guided by the vision of "Advancing Teaching, Enhancing Learning," the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) at NCCU proactively assists faculty in mastering educational trends and deepening their pedagogical expertise. The Center not only strengthens faculty competencies in curriculum design, digital pedagogy, and student learning assessment, but also cultivates a comprehensive professional teaching chain—spanning from teaching assistants and doctoral candidates to adjunct faculty. By promoting interdisciplinary curriculum development and introducing international pedagogical innovations, the CTLD is dedicated to creating a student-centered learning environment, ensuring that teaching and learning evolve in tandem to enhance overall learning outcomes and institutional competitiveness.
